I am Doug Berlie, a former Ferrari technician and automotive industry professional. I help vehicle owners understand maintenance, repairs and used-car buying decisions without unnecessary complication.
Experience that matters
My advice is grounded in a career spent working directly with vehicles, dealerships and manufacturers.
As an Apprentice Technician for Ferrari, I worked directly with Ingegnere Nereo Iori, helping prepare engines and gearboxes for Luigi Chinetti’s North American Racing Team (N.A.R.T.).
My career also included retail dealership experience as a Salesperson, Sales Manager, Service Manager and General Manager. On the automotive wholesale side, I held positions within the New York Region for Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A. as a District Sales Manager, District Service Manager, Regional Service Manager and Regional Dealer Operations Manager.
